Search for the contestant. If the contestant already exists in your database, their information will populate here. This includes anyone you've added previously. ### Adding a New Contestant If the contestant is new, click Add New Person. Type in their first and last name, then import their information from the Org API. If they are not an existing NLBRA member, don't have an active membership, haven't renewed, or are new to NLBRA altogether, their information will not show up in this search. If they are in the NLBRA database, searching for them will bring up their information, and you can click Import. This pulls their information into the entry. ### Completing the Entry Enter the emergency contact information for the contestant. You can also auto-assign the entry number based on their NLBRA back number. Once you add the contestant to the rodeo, their entry will appear on your entry screen. From there, you can make adjustments to go-rounds, billing, and more. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
