If you go back to your main entries screen and filter for that trainer, then click into the missing entry, you may find a second profile under the same name that isn't actually the same person, a duplicate. One way to confirm this: make a change to that one entry, then go back to your main entries tab. If that's the only entry reflecting the change while the others stay the same, that's a dead giveaway you're looking at a duplicate rather than one shared profile. ### Merging Duplicate Profiles To get rid of a duplicate, open the edit screen for that person or horse, click the three dots, and select Merge. From there, search for the other matching profile and merge the two together. Once merged, all of the entries that belonged to either profile will now be connected under one, and the trainer's barn account will show all four entries together. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
