Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://help.horsespot.com/product-docs/show-day-tools/entries/detailed-entry-view/files.md). # Files {% embed url="" %} ## **Using the Files Tab** The Files tab acts as a repository for documents connected to an entry, horse, or person. ### What Gets Stored Automatically Any submitted horse health documents, like Coggins, vaccinations, and health certificates, along with signed liability waivers and entry agreements, are automatically stored and saved here. ### Uploading Your Own Documents Secretaries and organizers can also upload additional documents themselves whenever there's custom information worth keeping on file. That might be a W-9, another important show document, or even a screenshot of an email chain noting a one-off detail, like the reason behind a refund or a show scratch. ### Where Files Show Up Files live on the entry's Files tab, but they also appear on the corresponding horse and person profiles. Submitted horse health documents are always logged to the horse's profile in addition to the entry, making things easier if that horse returns for a future competition. Under People, Farms, and Businesses, there's a Files tab as well, holding onto people-related documents like waivers, along with any custom documents secretaries and organizers choose to add. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
