From here, you can adjust the amount to pay in this transaction and choose how to log the payment: credit card, check, cash, outside payment (such as Zelle or Venmo, with a memo line to note the details), or payment request, which sends a payment link by email or text to anyone on the entry, or to any email address you enter. ### Accepting Payment on Multiple Entries You can also process payments across multiple entries at once. Select the entries you want, then choose Accept Payment from bulk actions. This lets you process payment across all of the selected entries at the same time, and you can still adjust the dollar amount on any individual entry as needed. ### Managing Barn Account Balances Barn accounts can also hold balances based on what's added to the billing screen.
