## **Managing Entries from a Barn Account**

One of the most useful things about barn accounts is being able to manage entries for the trainer (or trainers) associated with that account.

## **Viewing Entries Tied to a Barn Account**

Clicking into a barn account shows you everything related to that barn account, along with every entry that's come into the horse show under that trainer, or trainers, if there's more than one.

This screen looks very similar to the main entries screen, but it's scoped to just the entries associated with that barn account.

### Filtering and Bulk Actions

Just like the main entries screen, you can use the smart filter to narrow down to a subset of entries, or select multiple entries to access the same bulk actions you're used to, including billing show fees directly from here, useful if you'd rather not use the splits functionality.

### Expanding a Barn Account with Additional Trainers

1. Edit the barn account.
2. Add one additional trainer, or an entire group of trainers.

Doing this expands the barn account to include all of the entries across every trainer now associated with it.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.horsespot.com/product-docs/show-day-tools/barn-accounts/exhibitor-trainer-views.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
