# Horse Spot on Slack

### Slack Integration for Premium Support

Customers on our premium paid support packages can collaborate with our team directly in Slack through a shared channel (Slack Connect).

To join, you'll need your own paid Slack workspace — we connect a shared channel between your workspace and ours, so your team keeps using its existing Slack account and license. There's no additional cost on your end beyond your existing Slack plan.

If your organization isn't on Slack yet, or isn't on a paid plan, let us know when we set up the channel — Slack offers a trial to get you started.

Slack integration is included with our premium support packages. If you're on a different plan and want this added, contact your account team to learn about upgrading.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.horsespot.com/general-management-tools/additional-support/horse-spot-on-slack.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
