We want to understand how customers feel about Horse Spot overall, not just specific feature requests. We share the form below on a recurring cadence, quarterly or twice a year, to collect general feedback, satisfaction, and likelihood to recommend directly from customers, and use it to help inform product planning and customer success outreach.
